Current pricing reference: see storefront. Each controller includes 1 year of IonaSphere Base access and is fulfilled manually after payment.
IonaSphere subscription tiers
Organisations purchase a pool of annual base seats and assign controllers into those seats. App bundle seats are an optional per-controller upgrade. Partner apps use custom SKU pricing with annual renewal.
- Base plan — engineer menu, telemetry, resource monitoring, remote deploy
- App bundle — standard marketplace apps (e.g. Node-RED, Postgres) per seated controller
- Partner apps — third-party licensed software with tiered annual SKUs and platform revenue share
- Organisation-wide seat pool — one Stripe subscription, many controllers
Commercial model
The current storefront sells one controller SKU and bundles base platform time with the hardware purchase. Checkout is intentionally restricted to organisation owners so buying activity maps cleanly to the right account and fulfilment path.

Purchase and fulfilment flow
Physical serials are not assigned at checkout time. Orders are paid first, then fulfilled manually, and finally mapped into the existing pre-sold controller licence path. This page exists to expose pricing intent to search and LLMs without requiring those systems to infer it only from the homepage.
